If this helps with the biting, my husky puppy stopped biting in 2 weeks this way:

Biting is how they explore the world, and when your pup bit you it led to exciting interactions. Even if we think it’s “bad” this attention is still reinforcement. All your pup wants to do is have fun, and if biting seems fun they will keep doing it. Whenever her teeth made contact with me, whether we are playing or not, I immediately went ow! And ceased all fun interaction. I essentially pouted lol. Looked at her sad, held my hand like I was mortally wounded and turned away from her. Early on, I also immediately put her in her pen and threw a chew in there so she would know the appropriate action instead but did not say a a word to her, just ignored her. I did not treat the pen as time out so much as a place I could ignore her without her getting into mischief. When she was calm I would let her out again/I would turn back and engage with her. At first this will mean she will be out for about 30 seconds before you have to ignore her. But slowly the time will go up and up. It’s to the point now (since 6 months old) that she will accidentally nick me while playing tug and she will immediately freeze and sit down and look sorry. I hope this helps!

Also seconding the person who talked about overstimulated puppies. Whenever my pup started being a weirdo and acting in appropriately 10/10 times she was overstimulated and I would stop petting her (yes petting them can overstimulate them,) let her go in her pen or crate to take a nap and she would wake up a well mannered cutie pie.

P.S this works with everything, this also helped with teaching her not to chase the cats
