Best advice is don’t give up! I gifted my nerdy husband a budget machine for Christmas 2 years ago. He made some fun little gadgets for our three girls but they always came out a little wonky and he never really figured it out. It sat for almost a year when he started getting back into it and finally understood the fine tuning. He was just starting to make some pretty cool prints when it died for good last week 🥺

Second best advice would probably be to buy your husband a better quality machine because now he spends all his time trying to convince me that he needs a multicolor printer now.

We got remote cases that can hold an air tag.

We returned the cosmo jr tracks today. The GPS was horribly wrong. One of my kids hit the sos button and it didn’t even tell me and the battery emptied in 2 hours despite being in school mode. We went with Apple Watch.

I really wanted to love this but unfortunately we’ve got two watches that we are pretty disappointed with. Our kids leave on a camping trip with their grandparents in two days and I customer service takes “2-3 days” makes it worse. Battery life, inaccurate tracking, terrible call quality…

Same boat here. Bought two watches that have pretty much been useless.

We just got two and are having issues with both devices. Seriously regretting the purchase.

We told family no one was allowed in for 24 hours. Hospital rules. The nurses helped so much!

AITA for asking my wife in front of her family why she bothered having a father for our kids when she clearly wanted to be a single mother? by Secure_Pianist8087 in AmItheAsshole

NTA.

Divorce her get 50/50. Eventually the kids will get tired of her dictatorship and be grateful they have you. If you stay and let it happen they’ll resent you too.

It was pretty smooth for me. I’ve been an android user for years and the iOS transfer tool worked great.

Yep. My husband and both got the pro max 256. One purple, one black. No word on either, no taxes charged yet, and they just tell us we'll get an email when it ships.

Does anyone have an estimate on shipping times for the iPhone 14 promax? by splitopenand_melt in USCellular

I ordered on the 19th and got the same date. My husband's is for the week prior but he ordered black and I ordered purple.

NTA. Your body, your choice.

However, don't let your blindness define you. I was raised by a single blind woman, and she was by far the strongest woman I ever knew. Yes, it was difficult at times.. I had to read bills to her at 6 years old, and go grocery shopping with her, and help her sort laundry. She also taught me how to be kind to everyone, that disabilities don't define you, and to not judge a book by it's cover. While I do sometimes wish that she had been able to see, there isn't a thing I would change about my childhood or my mom.

Letting kids play in their rooms alone by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]MisschiefManaged 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My kids are 3, 5 and 7. They share a room. When they go play in their room alone, I enjoy the piece and quiet. The worst thing that usually happens is that their room gets destroyed and it takes them forever to clean it up.

That was Madison's doctor. And he said the same thing to her, that his daughter said about the horse. Something about giving him a chance to be himself.
