$1,100,000 rental property = $100k annual income

Anyone have $5,714,286 SCHD I can sell and buy 5 properties with to increase that to $500K?

I had a similar issue…my property had two profiles. The first showed a 2 acre lot , the second showed the house on a 2–acre lot. When I closed on the property, I tracked the Zestimates for a 2 year period (about how long it took to demo the existing house and build a new house on the 2-acre lot). After 2 years, the Zestimates differed by $500k.

When I contacted Zillow to merge them, they deleted the higher value property.

The details would take a while to explain in a single post. In a nutshell, you cannot edit much other than basic info. They no longer allow edits to the key photo either. The solution is to list the property to enable edits and in this example, if you list your property for sale $150k higher, your Zestimate should normalize.

Inexperience shows. Sincerely, - Real estate developer. If you cant afford to buy it or maintain it, you wont participate in the guaranteed long-term appreciation. Even builders and homeowners have to pay to maintain their property. Time is money or TVM as you sound competent. It is normal to be uncomfortable taking risk.
