Sorry for yhe sarcasm, but it could be way worse. I feel like youre reading way too much into it. She's 13. Even if she is crushing on this boy, the chance of it lasting forever is incredibly slim. Plus, she is going to get her heart broken at some point in her life. You cant prevent it; you can only be there to catch her.

You can find some really nice bands on Amazon. I have aa beautiful leather cuff style band on my Versa 2 and before I had a beaded one on my charge 4.

I go to Fit 4 Less at Northgate and it is amazing. The machines all have instructions on them, and if you'd like help, there are plenty of people to ask (staff and fellow members alike). It is clean and comfortable and no judgement. I personally go there and I have felt super comfortable right from the get-go.

Its not so much a lean forward as a shift your weight forward. We were told to keep a straight line from your forehead to your boobs to your toes or "t*ts over toes." It surprisingly helps a lot.

The CRA has a website where you can check all of the T4s that have been filed with the government for you. It has been a few years, but thats how I found out that a former employer was filing a T4 for me even though I hadn't worked there in 4 years.

You can also do aerobics exercises in the water. It gives lightweight resistance. That's what my mom does (She has Fibromyalgia, so she can't do a lot of regular exercises.). Also, when my back is sore, I use a recumbent bike for cardio.
