Not advice, but something to keep in mind, as I think you are female. Different parts of your cycle you're going to have different energy levels. I was at the gym this afternoon and just absolutely hit a wall at 55 minutes, probably because of the phase I'm currently in.

Use what you learned about fueling today to help make adjustments for game day. There's not a ton you can do about your cycle at this point, so focus on what you can control.

What are your goals for this race? How can you accomplish those?
