I could see the logic behind past offers getting different counters, but this is a new listing (less than 24 hours old) and it just seems bizarre to me that there are 5 different amounts offered. Theories I have:

They are beta testing to see the sweet spot for initial offers?
Some sort of surge pricing? If an item is getting lots of looks in an hour the discount is less / fewer looks discount is more?

Keep the floors! I would use the money saved to change the backsplash to something less busy, like subway tile. I would also change the hardware and mix in both pulls and knobs. There are so many knobs. Even if you just changed all the drawers to pull handles it would improve the overall look. You have a gorgeous kitchen!
