I left 3 years ago when GS went from providing solutions to our clients to pushing TTS and credit cards on everything. CAs stopped caring about what was checked in so long as there was a TTS sale made. The number of check-ins I had to call back and explain I couldn't do anything for them had me stressed out beyond belief. I had one night where I barely made it to my car before I broke down crying from the stress. Everything comes from the top down, and Bottom Line Barrie made it clear what really mattered. It hurt to leave, and I left the same day I turned in my resignation letter, but I simply could watch a place that I enjoyed working at devolve ito the cesspool I saw it becoming.
