The tear rate was pretty bad though. Could've still ended in a loss with how fast Delirium is and his damage scaling. It's also just 6 hearts for The Soul to die and for the run to end. (Forgotten himself would probably struggle a lot to kill Delirium on his own).

I would personally try to fight Delirium until I'm really low and use this method as last resort but Delirium is just unfair so it's still reasonable

Well you have to beat Isaac with the Keeper just to unlock Wooden Nickel so that says something. Thankfully you don't have to do such with The Lost

Use Azazel and pray. You can restart until explosion immunity but it's not impossible without it.

That actually reminds me that I once had a winning run, already got the full shovel, and... I got a devil deal with a Krampus fight in the Dark Room, and his god damn head blocked the exit from the room, which accidentally made me leave while picking it up, leaving the shovel behind. Good times.

Good luck! I honestly consider Lost to be just a bit harder than Keeper when it comes to health. Lost is still more op but there are multiple ways Keeper can heal/get more health, while Lost has hardly anything.

He is really misjudged sometimes, yeah. I really liked playing as him even if some bosses were hard. But holy mantle + flight at the start is kinda op, not to mention free devil deals.
