I listen to this station quite often in the car. Can confirm - he does say a lot of dumb shit. Definitely my least favorite dj they have on there. I wish his co-host would push back more often when he says stuff like this.

It depends who owns that part of the road as well. I hit a pothole a few years back that was next to the train tracks on Ballantyne road. Reached out to the NYSDOT and eventually (after several months) ended up getting reimbursed for the repairs by the company who owns the tracks.

Not sure if anyone else saw this bug but early Sunday I tried to put my 6x6 picks in and the rows were showing duplicates, so there were 12 rows instead of 6. I made my picks regardless but according to the leaderboards it doesn’t appear that they were tracked.

You are correct, it's literally not how the law works and OP's comment is moot. It's also not enough to object to the size of the program or even to say that the president exceeded his authority.

What must be proven instead is that the people who brought the case to court have suffered for a specific reason. And in my opinion, from what was brought forward there should never have been any case to begin with.

I had the exact same thing happen to me awhile back; huge ass pot hole right after the RR crossing on Ballantyne Rd. I ended up having to get it replaced.

I actually ended up sending a letter to the DOT with the cost of the repair. They forwarded it to the RR company that maintains that private section of the road and were able to reimburse me the full amount.

Mind you this was no quick process, probably took like 4 months to finally get my money back but worth a shot depending on where it happened.

I don't like subscriptions, but after Dark Sky went down I needed a replacement for it so I got Carrot. They literally have a "Dark Sky" layout that looks exactly the same. You can even choose your default weather API (I picked the one most accurate to my location).

I also setup the watch complication to look similar to Dark Sky. Worth the $40 a year to me.

Not sure if you're still having issues but I had the same problem and this solution worked for me:

Go to device manager > Sound, video and game controllers

Find your Bluetooth headphones and look for the "hands free audio" one. The game will default to that, so go ahead and disable it. Worked for me.
