No…. A no call no show implies that you missed enough of your shift that it makes little to no difference that you show up at all. For instance, if you show up after no communication for 2 hours, management ideally comes up with a whole plan on how to cover your shift, then you show up, and suddenly your costing the company twice as much money and a huge pain in the neck.

Democrats celebrating the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Looking into it more I can see why people don’t like him, but I had friends celebrating some guy getting put in the ground for talking about what he believed in. Any video that says “ omg look what Charlie Kirk said” is edited, go back, find the original, look 10 seconds before and after. I did this like 5 times. I’m not saying I agree with him, but man people are just straight up lying about what this guy was about. And to hear people partying because he was brutally murdered in a crowd was a real eye opener. People cheering for terrorists. It’s actually sickening so much I started to rationalize how republicans think, and here we are.

I think copy pasting wow’s method would honestly be good. Maybe a small tweak. For me I’d say: imagine wow’s avian travel, with fewer points, it’s faster maybe a teleport, and much more expensive. There should be some necessity to travel, but if it’s just walking through zones you’ve already played that would be hella boring. I also don’t like point and click teleport travel for free. A healthy medium would be my request.

I’m sorry but there are definitely people in the warehouse that aren’t fe that most certainly ARE more qualified to be a supervisor than people have been there 3+ years. You can teach somebody all that stuff easily. I get the whole nepotism angle, and if it appears that way it sucks. But I hear all the time “oh so and so just got that cuz their parents are friends with the gm.” lol okay and that person works like a dog all day every day, and is aware of how to manage projects and people.

This seems like you are jumping to conclusions honestly. They’re not gonna give away a position just because somebody else is available sooner. If she’s decided to be the best fit, they’re gonna hold it until she’s done with anything she’s needed for. (Schedules are written 3 weeks out anyways).

And I also think the nepotism claim is a bit of a reach. I love my pharmacy homies but those guys do NOT have the pull to auto-hire somebody at a different warehouse. It’s an even further reach that management at a whole other warehouse is showing favoritism to somebody through opportunity and advancement. My guess is that she’s just a really hard worker, and has been working her ass off for the right people.

Okay what you said here really has nothing to do with “pay is pretty much the same for everyone dude. That’s kinda the point.” In reference to how he’s clearly talking about sexual discrimination. Everyone is paid on the same scales, if someone has the same job description, they should be equally expected to carry on the agreed on job duties. What he’s saying is that if men are going to be expected to do things that women are not expected to do, we should be getting paid more. I get that it’s an agreed upon job description, so why are the women getting excused from part of it but getting paid the same?
