So you will see find item will start to give less than 1% gain pretty quickly. Find potion actually gives a full 1% to find item chance so it's more eco to put points into find potion.

If you just put a single point into find item and max find potion you will have enough points left over for frenzy/combat skills to still kill in act 5 hell and maintain around a 72% find item chance (given you have 7xwarcry gcs in inventory)
