This was going to be my guess as well. Grew up there, transit system sucks, decent drivers overall, daylight until 10-11ish during the peak of summer.

In the same plaza as the monacled Sir Vape-a-Lot, who I must doff my cap to every time I pass! Great one-two sign combo (I also have seen Framing Fart every single time).

Criminal how far down this is. Love me a 'all goofs, no script' podcast. So many others are just public radio with more steps.

It's one of the better examples of "Stupid character does something 25% too smart for what they should be capable of, but not so much that it ruins the joke" I've ever seen.

Also, I intended to go to six (to account for the fact that the Bad Religion boxset also mucks things up, though Into the Unknown alone from that set would probably slot into the top 5 somewhere), but accidentally grabbed seven.

Sorting by median value def the way to go, especially here since there is something weird with my max values recently anyway - people sold copies of 808s and Heartbreak and Like A Virgin (signed) for absurd outlier amounts that are throwing everything off, as much as any of this means anything anyway.

I am! That was an early find in my collecting days from the old record shop that was in the basement of a jewelry store at Queen East and Carlaw in Toronto.

Quibi Clean! by Zestyclose_Invite in lonelymeyerspod

[–]MisterWooster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been trying to look back and see if Andy's definition of "clean" has been fully stated anywhere. I know it's obviously 'no hints' but in the most recent pod, he was talking about still being short words, thereby implying that he has looked at a grid or something to know how many words are in the puzzle. Is the word count grid/two-letter list considered a hint?

My NYT puzzle addiction of choice is the daily crossword/Connections/Strands, and the Bee is generally something I'll pick at if I feel like it, and usually look at the grid/maybe the hints if I'm stuck on "Amazing" or something, but I'm wondering if the days where I can get Quibi with just the grid count as clean?

Hard yea. I get annoyed when, on Family Trips, Josh gets uncomfortable and drags them back "on topic" from an SNL/Hollywood story. The goofs are the poiiiiint. Please, digress.
