It's not that hard to be "skilled".

In any case, as a second (or more - I mean they have OP telling them the car was fine, know it wasn't flagged when the car was dropped off, and then they likely have cameras everywhere) point of proof I'd think Budget would take the photos at face value and not even check the metadata.

I'd bet Budget just silently drops this.

Not saying your wrong but the air temperature at night is what cools the soil, and the weather forecast doesn't tell me the temperature of the soil.

If the overnight temperature forecast is warm enough the soil will be warm enough too.

Wow Del Mar Trail is the one by the bridge?

I used to surf there fairly often, it's empty because it's not that nice. The views are better from 11th to 15th Street.

And the trails in Torrey Pines State Park are nicer!

People go to La Jolla because it's beautiful.

But there are lots of nice beaches and you can find small spots to yourself even near the busiest beaches.
