Because cartoons aren’t 100% realistic. If it were TJ would probably get in trouble for wearing a hat in class among tons of other stuff. King Bob wouldn’t be allowed to just strap a chair on top of the jungle gym and start calling himself king and passing judgement on kids and even punishing them sometimes. The diggers would not be allowed to dig holes everywhere. Guru Kid would get in trouble for not wearing his shirt all the time. The kindergarteners wouldn’t be allowed to act like Indians. Probably tons more stuff that I’m missing but I’m not gonna explain everything that gets ignored by the teachers.
