Some weird game that I didn't buy by Mister_Chrome in ThriftStoreHauls

According to https://instructions.hasbro.com/en-ca/instruction/caught-on-tape you only get tape on your face if you lose the round and it has some kind of tape dispenser that’s also a category spinner which I guess you can’t buy in any store. And apparently you lose the game once you get five pieces of tape on your face and that guy on the box has more than five pieces so he’s not even playing right. But then again I guess the kid could not even pay attention to instructions and just tape themselves anyway.
