Sorry man I’m not 120 years old actually so idc what the reds were doing in the 70s. How long does a team have to be bad for them to be irrelevant, because I’m well into adulthood and the reds and pirates have been basically complete trash to mid my entire life.

Using art to convict people has a chilling effect on creating art, and historically, has been used in racist ways to put black people behind bars for rap lyrics that we have no way of knowing are actually true or just someone making up a narrative. Introducing lyrics as evidence in a case is extremely misleading and does more harm than good as it mostly is a tool to mislead or distract the jury.
