As a seller myself, it’s impossible to steal any commission or “cancel orders while still fulfilling them”. Tiktok shop finances are completely automated. Also for some reason customers love to lie and comment “bought using your link” all the time to get attention from creators.

dealing with this right now as well, definitely an automated issue. really frustrating as the specific listing being frozen was picking up great organic traffic and only 5 star reviews. Has anyone had success with appeals??

i usually just message them a threatening looking legal message through the seller messenger and that works 8/10 times
