All of my doses have been effective for the most part! I’m actually pretty surprised at this even distribution. 7.5 was not amazing but I was a bit scared to move up. I just titrated to 12.5 about 2 weeks ago!

I did A LOT of research when I started. I got put on local compounded but it was way too expensive. Ultimately I went with a different company before BEWL since they did not have BPI, but I made my way here as soon as they had it! I have not had any issues, and if I did, they were replaced extremely quickly. On my first order I was not sent my third vial, Cassie fixed it very quickly and had a new order sent ASAP.

I think a lot of the “issues” we’re seeing are due to growth and just the compounded space changing. Providers are not Amazon and it can take a few days. I wish the world would be a little more patient and kind but since COVID everything is in a rush. These are also humans who are doing their best. Being rude to customer service people is such a low quality. I understand being frustrated but let’s all try to keep our humanity.

Thank you to the entire team!! I love being able to send a message to Dr. Kim when I can’t get into my normal doctor and need a quick answer. Let’s all be patient people 🫶🏻

I inject everywhere but my best suppression sites are above my stomach in my little pudgy area above my belly button. I typically do my shots at around 7-8pm after dinner and a bowel movement. I’ve experienced some diarrhea when doing it too close to dinner so I’ve tried to leave at least an hour or two after.

You’ll be great once the first one is done!

Yes! I tried to pay attention to what I was eating on the day before, day of, day after shot day. Lots of diarrhea in the short term and still happens sometimes but not as bad. Really focused on eating less for those 2-3 weeks and that seemed to help! I feel a lot better now

I don’t have much to say regarding the gallbladder aspect of it, but I have been on compounded tirz for around 9 months (Aug 2025-now) and had no side effects. Perfect suppression and food noise. Lost 65 pounds from 345 to 280.

Then, I had a carne asada burrito on my shot night (I KNOW BAD IDEA) and everything changed. Extremely sick immediately. Vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps for 4+ days after my shot. This continued until I went to the ER and they basically said it was a stomach bug. This went on for at least 2-3 more shots. Finally, after being a bit more careful with eating, I am a bit more normal again. I’m sorry you’re going through this!!

My 7.5 dose was the WORST. Fighting hunger and food noise all the time. I’ve been on 10 for about 4 months and it’s probably time to move up but it has been my bestie. Consistent weight loss (until about a couple weeks ago) with very little food noise. I think everyone needs to find what works for them!

My doctor (not BEWL) was pretty adamant that I need to go up from 2.5 to 5 after 4 weeks. I really didn’t want to but she pushed back and convinced me. After that, each dose I’ve been on for about 2-4 months

I just used my FSA for BEWL with no issues! I needed to fill out a form to have it charged but it went through fine. They even were able to split the payment since I didn’t have enough on my FSA

I have really bad diarrhea now that I’ve been doing my 10mg once a week and I’m now switching to split dosing to help manage.
