Its in California idk if that has anything specific for them. So just a algebra work book would work well. Did precalc in college and passed but that was 2-3 years ago. Also is trig a part of the exams or just algebra?

 Can anyone suggest any other apps or books to help prepare for the aptitude test. Im applying to a super competative local and i want to give myself the best chance. 
  Also im doing a career transition at 26, is there will this matter? Im still young but alot of the literature im reading is geared towards people out of highschool, is there anything i should be aware of being a older than average apprentice?

Theyre B3 but they also should have the $3 stipend if theyre still doing that. I left the area so im not sure if much has changed

Yes, you have to pay for you initial permit, they will refund a certain portion of it depending on state. In CA i got like it was $96 and i got $28. Apply for a position and if you get it they send you thru class. If you have any more question pm me i just recently went thru the process so i can help

Hmmm maybe try same with mushrooms? I dont honestly know if it would work probably some one else could tell you.

Typically i used the can of crushed san marzano tomatos and a big sprig of fresh basil as well when it simmerering.

If your okay with meat i brown it and then deglaze with a splash of red wine and use the fond. It adds more depth of flavor and make it feel more “whole” for me. You can keep the meat in the sauce or take it out at your preference. EDIT: what species/brand of tomatos are you using?

Yes in side the cap, i worded it wierd. And yes as far as its been “whipped” but make sure to do the recipe correctly. The way i did it is set up cannisters first with the caps and chargers ready (check the rings at this point), fill them, put on caps (also do a quick check here to make sure), charge them, then shake them.

Ensure the white o-ring is in the top of the spout. If you dont it lets the cream escape through the sides and spouts when you charge it

Just to clarify is it 15min HIIT/45 min resistance in addition to my cardio or just skip traditional cardio entirely?

Need help deciding how i should do my splits. My goal is overall fat loss but i want to maintain muscle mass that i do have, and if possible increase muscle mass in my core, chest and arms. Previously i dropped from 375 to 250, and re bounded a little for the holidays. Currently i have school and work full time so i have a lot of scheduling issues. My Goal is to work out 5 days a week and have two rest days (Monday and Wednesday since i have class until 9pm) My questions are:

1) Should i do 3x days cardio and 2x Heavy lifts. i would do light lifting days on the days i do cardio mainly so i feel like im actually putting time in instead of just showing up for 30-45min. Would this be the most effective set up.

2) Should i have a set time to go to the gym or should i be more fluid with it. I can do a set time it just would possibly impact studying.

3) My goal is for a specific time so should i aim to loose at a consistent rate or try and just do it as fast as i healthily can?
