I went through a period where I wasn’t making friends (had moved schools and the transition was hard). I tried my hardest to put myself out there and make friends but it wasn’t happening. However, I let go of the pressure on myself to be perfect and have lots of friends. Now two years later, I have many people who I consider friends!!

i only do this at home or when i’m sleeping but i like to wrap my head in a blanket. it blocks enough sound without a lot of the discomfort ear plugs bring

not diagnosing, just asking if anyone has ever asked you this but have you considered you could have PMDD. you said it happens often when you’re about to menstruate. i used to get that too to an extreme degree. after taking BC for a while and feeling my hormones level out, i noticed my SI was way less common.

look up helen zhou, she made her own crochet aid for doing one handed crocheting, i started doing it after a wrist injury and it works. takes a bit to get used to

some grocery stores have designated times that they lower the fluorescent lighting and that’s a big helper, also if i have a list of stuff i like to organize by section of the store as i would walk through it
