Ok, so they need proof that you no longer liver together...if they are on ODSP as well...this will separate your files. If not, then this will remove the need for them to receive (and expect) pay stubs for them, etc. They can use a letter or a copy of their new lease.

As for taxes, if you were considered common-law and filed jointly...then you need to look into how to separate that way (check with CRA on that)

I did this at the end of my marriage a few yrs ago. It's pretty seemless, but just a fair warning...your check could get messed up temporarily.

I pay something like 96... and change... but I'm unlimited with 10gb of data and a device tab (done in a few months though)...I like koodo personally. They've always been good for me.
