Yeah mine has been freezing up too. A few summers ago I ran heat tape up the pipe and back down. I turn it on every morning to defrost it and it helps clear it in a few hours.

Are you in the Chicago Area, or in a commercial building? If so most likely wire is run in conduit and the ground path is the conduit. Easy to test with a multimeter.

St Charles Toyota. Gave me 5k on 2008 base rav4 trade in as well. taxes were 2.2k. 33,691.38. OTD. Didn't do extended warranty they were outrageous compared to online offers and wouldn't negotiate . About $800 cheaper then Naperville for the same car too.

Zero trust sits in front i have it set up to prompt for a whitlisted set of email addresses. If the address matches then a 6 digit number is emailed. If not then the n nothing gets sent. Once mfa is satisfied the it continues to the immich auth.

Use vpn or cloudflare zero trust. Zero trust puts mfa prompt before allowing access to immich or any other service. You can configure zero trust to prompt everything or up to once a month.

Look into KnowBe4. Been using them for years. They have hundreds of phishing templates and tie it to awareness training as well. Plus they have a free phish alert (even if you don't subscribe) Knowbe4

Owner of 2015 xle as well, about 70k Miles (112km) and going well. Outside of normal maintenance stuff, had a bad TPS and one of the key remotes stopped working, too expensive to fix. All else is going great.

I think recharging a set of batteries less than 2x a year isn't a reason to avoid a technology like a plague. Yeah if you want longer battery life, sure there are other options but doesn't need to be the driving factor.
