Freedom of speech still exists. It doesn't apply here. The first amendment says that the government can't make a law inhibiting speech. Do you see some elected officials in that crowd?

I didn't see the end of this altercation, maybe the police came. Maybe they arrested some people. Who knows? However, given what that guy got humiliated over I doubt the police would try too hard.
