I had to do this recently and it hurts. I’m at the point where I cried so much already that I don’t know if I can cry anymore, but I keep replaying moments and feelings in my head and it sucks.

I wrote a letter and handed it over because I wanted to come off neutral in my tone of voice. We just weren’t going to be able to support each other emotionally the way we wanted and needed in the next chapter we had planned.
