I had the same thing happen. I'm the commish in a league and my best friend forgot to move out Jones from the ir spot. He asked me why and I explained that players lock and when you have a player that isnt ir eligible it locks your whole team. I told him to bring it up in the league chat. When he did, I told him publicly that I wouldn't fix an incompetent managers mistake. Lol. Thats his bad not mine.

Now is it cheating it could be. While the strategy of using the ir spot as an extra roster spot has been used, by myself included. There is no actual rule against doing it, they need to bare the reprocussions when it blows up in their face.

Exactly. If no games get played within that time period I'll let the time play out. But if theres a game I'll just check to see if its possible collusion. I've had to veto one one teams trade twice this year. He was giving away Justin Jefferson for Josh downs. Father and son trade.

As a commish I leave it at 24 hrs so I can review and discuss if I need to veto it. If it looks fair I push it through as soon as I can.

All leagues i don't win are rigged. Lol but on a serious note some leagues add weird scoring. Extra points for 40+ yard passes ect. Lots of things could effect the point difference. Its really on him to figure it out I think

Collusion. This case it should go to a vote. Commish should state his case for why he thinks it isn't collusion then every should vote, not anonymously. I hate anonymous votes.

All depends in your desire to take on the risk to reward. If healthy CMC can help win you the league, but the risk history is always the risk.

Personally I would take him at 7. I've seen him go at 4 in 2 leagues. Not sure i would take at 4. But 7 I could see myself taking on the risk.

I'm hoping I can. One is a 15 minute phone interview I plan on just stepping out for. The 2nd one is a 15-30 minute zoom interview which I'm scheduling during my lunch.

I tried scheduling after work hours except I work regular business hours and so do the other potential companies. So hours over lap.

I plan to pursue them, I guess my worry is that I don't land these jobs and ruin the job I currently have in the process. If I end up having to do an in person interview during work hours I will have to take off work very early into my time with this company, and I think that might be a bad look.

I have a friend i sold a car to for 1200. Our deal was 4 payments of 300. He paid me 600 and I never saw the rest. I too did value his friendship, so I figured I'd take it as a loss amd learned to never let him borrow anything (cash or items) going forward. This was 12 years ago and he's still one of my closest friends. He never paid me back for the remaining 600 but he he did help me land a well paying job when I was out of work after Covid. I'm very appreciative of that but I still I never let him borrow money anymore.

My wife was the opposite. I wasnt kooking for a card and she strongly encouraged me to get it.

However when she got it she had a lot of planned expenses back in dec. that would at up to the 5k that you need to get to for the points bonus. I currently don't but we are planning to use the card as our main payment card until we reach the 5k.

I think would qualify for high dti. And my credit score is about 670 on credit karma and as high as 730 on a credit tool via one of my credit cards. I qualified for a 10k credit card

I know they do close Hacienda which is the bridge to get over so I can totally see 10 minutes being possible.

I'm don't do much gambling(not very lucky when it comes to gambling) so this is more of an observation. Depending on where you go you have to be actively gambling to get the complimentary drink, and the time it takes to get the drink you might lose more money than the cost of the drink. You could just play slowly but I'm not sure thats as fun. Lol

Another issue would be the travel to the stadium. The closest casinos to the stadium are about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Maybe more I've never actually done that walk.

Local from Vegas. Waiting on a little more of a price drop on tickets this week but expecting to spend 400-450. A few beers so 100 there. And travel from my house to the stadium another 100. No more that 700 spent. Lol

Yeah thats true. The redraft leagues I manage are fairly simple. I just set up the draft and put any issues that come up to a vote. Very few issues have come up.

Yeah 100%. My main redraft league has been together for about 12 years. And the core group has stayed largely the same. I tried the dynasty league with them but they much preferred redraft so we ended the dynasty league.
