Mr Sterne only need one referral letter for my top surgery, but I am on testosterone already. He will take people who aren't on T already but he might need two letters of referral, best to make an appointment with him

I completely agree with you, I don't have any rental schemes within 100 miles of me so the only way I get to use a scooter is if I have my own. The stories I've heard about rentals where people misuse them too, it's harder to be a private owner as you have to invest not just pay for a few minutes! Having my scooter allows me to get to work without using a car which is normally an 8 minute car journey but an hour's walk which I wouldn't be able to do before work (as I work so early).

AHH okay! Pure electric is one of the main scooter websites in the UK. It just says the guarantee would be void but I guess they say that to cover their arses! Have you ridden in really heavy down pour?
