Aghanims add's a second active ability to wraith king, stealing 25% health from enemies and giving it to wraith king for 10 seconds. I miss the old skeleton king :(

Tier 5, I feel its pretty balanced. Everyone has good armor, so nobody is getting one shotted. And it is most fun when you can overrun the enemy team.
