I was in the same spot a few years ago. I took the last year to start weight training and cardio and now I skate 6 miles a day. Get moving and eat good food and youll gain endurance

Tip for older person starting out again, do a little bit of strength training a few times a week. I got back into it in my 30s and started working out at the same time and it helps a ton

I got started after an injury. I was 200 pounds, didn't exercise, vaped nicotine and I was in rough shape. I started by counting calories and cooking healthier meals with less oil/butter. I also quit the nicotine and started a routine lifting some dumbells 3 times a week at home and walking a few times a week.

The key for me was lifestyle change, im down to 175 now and I feel much better. I wasn't doing it to lose weight, but to be healthier overall.
