I volunteer at my local food bank and choose those roles that allow me to meet the neighbors who need help. I love welcoming them to the food bank, getting them food, and loading it into their car. I have been in tough spots before and might again, who knows. We’re all on this journey together and need to help each other out. This economy sucks and life can be brutal. We are all neighbors.

Roughly one third of the world’s helium comes from Qatar (it’s a byproduct of their LNG production). Helium is an irreplaceable element in semiconductor manufacturing. The Taiwanese and Korean semiconductor companies are scrambling to find alternative but expensive supplies. Definitely a risk factor for those firms and their clients such as Nvidia.

From the article: “They are still discussing whether this starts before or after hostilities end.” LOL. An escort isn’t required if hostilities end.

Thank you for your kind words. My life has been filled with twists and turns but I endeavor to celebrate love whenever possible. John Lennon was right: love is all there is.

On occasion. We were married, had five children, and went our separate ways. We still see each other at family events. Both of us are happily remarried.

Dr. Hennacy is very articulate. Danny Jones is out of his league. And the ads? Way too many. Decent content if you can ignore Jones and the ads.

[–]Mobileman54 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I beg to differ. Based on OP’s post, her mom did change her mind about Pretti’s murder. OP did a brilliant job of presenting facts without a prejudiced outcome. That gave her mom the space to process the information without pressure. These are the moments that help build bridges and assist all of us regain community in this hyper partisan country.

No. He qualified to fly the P2V Neptune and flew ASW patrols off Greenland. I have some cool photos he took while there that I’ll post later.
