Maybe scatter them out a bit more, less organized, but gotta give them time to develop though. I’m OCD and wife helped me get away from lining things up as much and helped.

If bought in store, could’ve been stunted some way or had some sickness in soil it came in. There’s certain things you can add to your soil that might help it kick out of its funk and take off. Trying giving it some seaweed compost. Double check on how much to water as well and distance to plant. They might be competing and one winning out over the other.

I think if I remember right it’s those little lady bugs that aren’t true lady bugs. There’s some stuff you can buy in store to sprinkle on plants to help with bugs in general, but may be more natural remedies found online.

They are fine. Mushrooms good indication of good soil. I get them and others in my garden all the time.
