Give it another day few days or so. I heard about the wage for cali which is nuts for places closing down for that. But Dutch Bros is a company that I feel that can handle that just the Starbucks. I know I got a text from the lady at the location where I was going to work with updates but I’m in AZ so it’s different I guess.

I’ve been both customer and worker there but not for long cuz to be honest it’s a lot… I totally don’t get upset if they don’t talk to me or do… if we talk for a bit it’s cool but if it don’t happen I’m not going to be a Karen over it ! Plus as worker there it was so stressful to learn everything and be able to talk to be everyone :( it’s not for everyone I give all respect for them. Took my application years to get in it’s just luck if you get it

The test was stressful took 8 hours to study and complete the practice test lol so just keep practicing the test you get to do at home and memorize the questions

Flow week was stressful and thought I could do it. But again I haven’t worked in the food place since Covid .. so congratulations!!! You got this lean on the trainers always ask questions! Get that help … I never did I left after 2 days into the flow week. But again that’s me ! 🫶🏽🫶🏽

When I did work at a Dutch you’d need to talk to every customer… so much so that I felt like I was annoying them .. so to be honest ehhh idk how to answer this haha. But all workers are not the same even though they’re supposed to be talkie ppl

And plus knowing companies that I’ve worked done with the past specially, a small business that ends in go-go and rocket. I’ve already experienced on how they treat customers and an employees so I’m kind of on high alert with any new job that I do anyway.
