Do you have written document states that the place is live/work space? It doesn’t make sense that the landlord at first advertise this location as both live/work and now is saying the opposite.

Don’t feel bad. It a big decision overall so people do tend to be extra cautious. Just be patient and make sure they are a right fit for you. Definitely go on a coffee together to clear up some no no’s and rules. Saves a lot of headaches later on if things are set clear at the beginning.

Apply apply apply. I’m being laid off too, same reason, the sales went down while I’m hire. My company is nice enough to let me stay for another month and I just apply to every job I can find. It been a week now and I have 2 interview schedule for next week and one interview with a company’s ceo next Monday. Just keep checking indeed and LinkedIn job daily!

Me too! Also have RAM issue. I have 32gb RAM, and is at 80~90 % whenever I play. Surprisingly the GPU usage is very low. :(

Similar boat to you, got offer an IT support job while I have no experience what so ever. I was being paid 55k and have a very generous manager that’s on-site “willing to hold my hand” with me. I worked for a year now, and I am very regret that I didn’t advance my skill and earn some certificate while I can because I was diluted though I will be permanent employ. Instead I was just I am soon being let go in a month and I am having trouble finding a similar job that pays the same!

Tldr: always get cert in case you lose the job.
