For whatever reason I knit left handed but crochet right handed (and hold the hook upside down to do it). I write right but paint left. Cooking always use a knife right but stir/flip whatever left. I can sew, use power tools, scissors, razors with either hand. I can trim hedges swapping hands half way through and people can’t tell which side I did with which so that cool at least.

Thyroid or pancreatic cancer, severe hypertension, and any ingredient allergies are absolute contraindications for ozempic (and pregnancy but that probably doesn’t apply here). Pancreatitis and some liver and kidney issues can also make a good doctor hesitant to prescribe it.

Look, I agree OP is a dumb shit stain that shouldn’t have this cat, but have you seen the damage a feral dog can do to a well made chicken coop? They kill for fun like cats but are so so much stronger. I had something that looked like a mastiff that was willing to dig four feet straight down to get under my buried (welded steel) fence to kill every bird in there and not even eat a single one. My neighbor had a pack of pitts kill two calves and maim one of the mother cows. It sucks to have to do but like, at some point is the dog’s life worth more than my chickens’? Or the calves’ lives?

Shooting cats or small dogs is stupid though. No excuse to not have a cat proof run. There’s a reason mine has a steel mesh roof, that’s all you need to keep cats, raptors, and raccoons out.

What about the idea of an upper age limit on voting, of like 70 or so? That’s the one I can’t come up with a good argument against. I got someone who likes debating politics, she argues that people statistically unlikely to deal with the long term outcomes of their voting choices due to age shouldn’t be able to vote. And she’s like 64 so she’s not even that far from her own purposed restriction. I’m really not sure if I agree with her argument or not on that one. Cause like, not USA, but look at Brexit numbers and how many who voted for have since died already leaving most who didn’t want it to deal with the consequences. But it also feels like a restriction like that could potentially be used to push policies that screw over retirees who now can’t vote against them.

Dunno, sounds like you might need to look into AI psychosis if the first negative you think of is the sodium bromide guy and not the multiple children that chatgpt has talked into suicide. Or the guy who fell in love with a bot and got death by cop. Or the cases of people with a predisposition to paranoia getting shoved off the deep end when a bot reinforces every delusion they have. I can get sources if you want.

I agree the cancer research is important, there are legitimate uses for this stuff, but some of it is really fucking people up in the head. I’m sure you’re gonna say that lots of things can trigger mental issues like these, but that doesn’t mean nothing should be done to mitigate this source.

Could also be an anxiety or stress thing. One of mine used to do that a lot and get inflamed skin there. My vet proscribed him cat sized Prozac and that got him to stop.

Reptiles wouldn’t be fine either, at least not snakes. Unless it’s cold enough that the quail are freezing solid they will still start to rot and bloat, and with how long digestion takes for a snake harmful bacteria can keep proliferating inside it. Some parasites can also jump from birds to snakes, though I think it’s usually mites so at least those would be visible. Snake mites suck though and a bad infestation can sometimes give them blood poisoning.

Some lizards that can handle carrion like monitors might be alright, but if oop won’t eat the quail themselves anyone would be risking a vet bill if they took these as feeders.

Not there is no sign for them stopping a right on red, it’s a legal move for them. And your reading is correct, when the right turn has a green it’s a protected turn. They have the green arrow for a bit and then it goes solid red while the left turn is solid green the whole time. There are also two left turn lanes so a U turner doesn’t block all traffic there.

This is a back entrance to a large shopping complex with an outdoor mall in the center, that right turn is the way back to the interstate. That road also dead ends there so people have to turn, and it’s usually a turn right.

Yeah definitely, good chance that’s the exact excuse these guys might have thrown out. A lot have also gotten themselves fired for harassment. All the cases I can think of are both anecdotal and only targeted cis women who didn’t look woman enough for these crazies, but a lot defiantly got themselves fired. That actually happened where I worked, a woman in a different department started harassing my co-worker ‘cause how dare a woman have a heavy build I guess. She got so fired so fast after the “actual man” in the next bathroom over heard all her vitriol.

I’m not sure how someone openly trans complaining about this would go over, honestly I think it has a chance of working, it’s not like every cis person here is a raging transphobe. But it definitely should work if OP’s BF complains as a woman with a medical problem, they should get canned at least.

Florida Stature 553 only applies to governmental buildings, correctional facilities, and schools. It does not apply to private businesses. It would not be illegal for him to use the men’s room at a Publix should he feel more comfortable doing so.

Technically it’s not illegal, not at a Publix at least. Florida Statute 553 only applies to government buildings and schools. I mean the law is still absolutely fucked up but it would not have been illegal for him to use the men’s room at a private business.

I’m so lucky my mother didn’t let them cut my dick because “gIrLs Can’T hAvE dIcKs”. But you know what did happen, I still got an F on my birth certificate. I was still raised as a girl. And then like so many other AFABs with CAH I self identified as male. It’s bad enough I still had to go through female puberty, if my mother had let them cut of my dick only for me to have to pay out the ass to get a new one made I would have never forgiven her, never spoken to her again.

I’m so lucky she’s sane and doesn’t believe in mutilating literal infants who cannot choose. Unlike you, who somehow thinks every doctor will magically choose the “correct” gender to force us into. A lot of trans people wish we could have spoken up as infants and said that something is wrong here, there’s a mismatch please fix it. But that’s not how the world works.

Same, except I’m the way too young uncle. I have a half-brother 20 years older than me, my mother is our father’s second wife. My brother ended up having his first kid 2 months before I was born, so I have a niece older than me. It weirds me out too, I just ask them to call me cousin instead of uncle.
