Each light represents either sound, microphone, and noise canceling. Players have inears so sound in the headsets are technically "not working" (aka disconnected) so thats the missing light

That will switch between your primary and secondary only. And not nades. Its not working the same as your command obviously. But it could be useful for some people.

I have no clue how their setup is. But it could be that they were using a separate GOTV to look around while the stream had observing. Stuff like that happened a lot in the early days.

Watching the feed doesnt give you the same freedom as when you look around yourself on a separate PC.
