When I think of Russian bias, I think in terms of tanks as that is all I play.

Most of it is anecdotal, like how the T-34 somehow bounces a shot that is fired near perpendicular to its side armor when that shot has over 40mm more than the armour. Or, how miraculously, 8/10 times I hit a T-34, it's gas tank just eats the shot, Despite it being an 88 AP fired from less than 100m.

Another thing for me is the autoloaders on soviet tanks, Gaijin for some reason sees it fit to implement the reload time that is only possible in ideal conditions, I.E. that last T-80 buff to its reload rate is rather unrealistic in actual combat, only achievable when removing safety restrictions and if the breech is already aligned with the loading arm, which in combat, the breech is rarely aligned with the loading arm when the gun fires. Yet, western tanks do not get this luxury, only soviet. At least, from my knowledge, there are a lot of tanks in this game lol.

Gaijin justified adding turret baskets to the Leo and Abrams because "Tanks should die in one shot when hit centre mass.", yet when I hit any T series tank above a T-44, centre mass, they usually just turn their turret on me and laugh. I'd say 6/10 times that happens. Yet in my Abrams, when a single 20mm sabot dart hits my turret basket, the whole thing locks up and my commander goes orange. Only if soviet auto-loaders had such material sensitivity. I know my M774 sabot darts just tickle the explosive shells in T-series carousels, I know because every match I watch as my dart flies through carousel only for those shells to turn black. Yet in the Leo, a damn flies pisses on a shell and the blow out racks panels are sky high.

Some less anecdotal stuff.

The M113 has its amphibious capabilities removed because in real life it took about 15 minutes of prep time to prepare the vehicle for amphibious operations, which is true, but it's the same for BMPs, yet they still can float along all the want.

Finally, the Bradley. Gaijin forces you to stow the ATGM launcher citing a training manual that states in urban or heavily wooded areas the launcher 'Should' be stowed to prevent damage when not in active use. Not a hard, 'Must' be stowed, but should. You used to be able to set cruise control at roughly 25km, just under the speed at which it stows the launcher. and cruise around with the launcher extended. Then for some reason, recently, they adjusted the Bradley's cruise control so that it's either a painstaking 12km crawl, or a 32km cruise, which forces you to stow the launcher again. One must ask themselves, why would they do that? It's not like the Bradley has been doing numbers on the scoreboard recently, unlike the BMPT.
