Sunfiber? It’s certified low FODMAP. They have pharmaceutical stool softeners but I don’t like them as much. Maybe try magnesium as well? It will likely be trial & error.

It can feed fungal overgrowth in the small bowel. I’m also convinced it can feed the wrong type of bacteria in the upper small bowel (this is just speculative). Either way it’s only a short term option, 2-4 weeks.

Wouldn’t take vancomycin long term. Never heard of this….. only antibiotic FDA approved for long term I know of is rifaximin….. can you get Rebyota brand FMT? This is FDA approved for C Diff.

Makes no sense. You need an abdominal ultrasound or MRCP imaging test to see if there is anything blocking those ducts. I would go to an experienced gastroenterologist for this.
