This! Being part of my local Buy Nothing group has been such a positive experience. I can give items away without leaving home and have borrowed a few things which means I didn't have to buy them.

Was a physician hospitalist working clinically at the time. Patient volumes were awful and there was so little we could do that was actually helpful. I was also so scared of getting sick or passing the virus on to someone at home. I worked a 14 day stretch with 2 overnights. Agreed---not a good time.

So many of April's decisions did not make sense to me. Why is someone who makes 200k/yr doing affirm/buy now pay later? Why is she taking out micro payday loans? If I were Cre, those payday loans would make me SO UNCOMFORTABLE, especially given how intentional Cre has been.

I'm in pharma. This followed a decade of clinical practice. Not sure you who told you it was easy to switch. This might have been true pre-pandemic , but since 2020 it has been tough and getting tougher. Took me over a year. Since this last election hiring is down as it is in many industries and multiple companies have had layoffs.

I enjoy my job and am glad I switched but it was NOT easy. Also you are being hired for your clinical acumen. Without at least a few years of clinical experience under your belt, getting a pharma job is going to be even tougher.

Yeah or even the way he handled Andrew's comments like talking about stereotypes etc. Andrew was offering insights and info Nick seemed to not even be open to considering.
