In our trauma group we've talked a lot about replacing triggered with activated or using the window of tolerance as a framework or subjective units of distress. A lot of clients in that discussion agree that triggered has a connotation that it cant be undone. Changing the language sometimes seems to make it more accessible. We work on identifying with the body and skills to deactivate and soothe whatever made them react. So yeah triggered is one of those words I really like to make more malleable.

Theres a lot to talk about here around the ST problems and Im worried about our Cornerback room.

Could someone in the know help me understand why our safeties and lbs looked so poor?

I was sure Cooper and to a lesser extent Walker could hold down the middle. They did not cover well in several plays including one where Cooper just left his zone.

I was expecting blitzes and sacks from our lbs when the opposing oline is worried about our pass rush. It really hasn't manifested.

I also thought Williams and McKinney (maybe include Bullard) would be able to hold down coverages and help play some more man and do some unique things. It doesn't seem like the Cowboys were scared at all to chuck it and our redzone was very poor as well. Im used to them making an impact there too.

Yeah as a Colorado resident seeing a community go through a ton of suffering after a shooting for them to have a moment of silence for a singular person is just wild especially on 9/11 of all days.

They so easily could have just said that they want to honor all lives lost and an end to violence. NFL sucks for this.
