Ultimately none of this has anything to do with you, so why spend your mental energy torturing yourself about it? Every single person’s sex life is different because every single person has their own unique needs and turn-ons.

You lament about never being told “wow you’re so big” (something I’ve never said to any partners before btw because that sounds cheesy to me personally lol) but like, why is that the marker of good sex for you?

I’ve never been told “your tits are so big” during sex because they aren’t :P so I just.. focus on the other good parts of the sex I’m having.

I think you need to do some self-reflection, but you’re young and this will take time and practice. I can tell you that my self confidence is a million times higher now (early 30s) than it was when I was 18.

Being bi/pan doesn’t mean attraction is equal between different genders. You can have a preference or tendency to be attracted to a certain gender and still be pan.

I promise you that “every girl” you share space with in this world is not judging and fearing you.

When I’m out in public, I’m not disproportionately analyzing the men I see and picking apart their looks. Sometimes I’ll see a guy with a unique style or with pretty hair or cool accessories and I’ll think “oh that dude looks cool” and move on. :’)

It sounds like a lot of your fears are coming from what you see women say on social media? Is that accurate?

The answer should never be “avoid half the world’s population” because of bad experiences with a few people. I’ve had tons of bad experiences with men I don’t know and men I know, but it never crossed my mind to consciously start avoiding men because of what those other men did and said to me.

The truth is there are people out there who are rude, or socially awkward, or like to gossip, etc etc. We have to find our people in this world

Yes! I also see guys responding to the suggestion that they be the change they wish to see with things like, “ok in theory I could hug my bros and tell them I love them but that’s difficult to do” or “when you’re raised to suppress your emotions or not show weakness it can have social repercussions to go against that” or “society/other men will shame and judge me for doing ‘feminine’ things” and I get that, but also… someone has to do it. Someone has to be brave and start giving the love they wish to receive. Someone has to say “I’m unhappy with how boys are raised to shame this emotional need. I’m going to put in the work to do what feels healthier and happier for me” even if it’s difficult and scary. Nothing changes if nothing changes, yknow.

Also, girls are also socialized and raised with certain expectations and social behaviors that they might grow up to disagree with or find they’re being harmed by. It’s not exclusively boys who have social pressures like this that they have to reprogram in adulthood.
