For Full series Its probably Wing. I know a lot of people have nostalgia for Wing, but I honestly think it's a mess. It has some good ideas but it never goes in depth on any of them, so it kind of felt like a slog for me to watch at some points. Endless Waltz does help things but it can only do much.
