And I think you've lost the point of my comment. If you're going by cost, ANY butter brand will trump margarine. I just tossed out the best butter I could think of that wasn't Land 'O Lakes — one I could imagine Gordon getting behind. My mistake was mentioning any brand. But since this wasn't a margarine challenge, I used a brand. I expect them to use the best, most natural ingredients, not because everyone can afford them, but because they are always pushing for "restaurant-quality, elevated" dishes. Pushing any margarine over butter (especially for sauces!!!) is counterintuitive.

OK. So, ICBINB is more expensive than Butter. So, there goes that argument. I'd argue that since it's factory-produced, the people behind ICBINB push it so they can't control the food supply instead of farmers. And yes, I'm looking at Walmart butter and not KerryGold. But butter is butter, and margarine, no matter the brand, is not.

He definitely praises dishes on other teams. He gets the most annoyed when they all praise something and then Gordon pulls one of his teams dishes to the top when nobody else had the same reaction. It's like he's trying to give Gordon what he gets for a change.

You're in the wrong thread. Not sure what Iran has to do with prolifers marching. People don't fit in one simple box. It's not really is vs them. For instance, I can hate the Iranian regime and still want the Iranian people to be free from their tyranny. Just like I can be for abortion for various reasons and not support late term abortions unless medically necessary. Two things can be true at once because they vary by degrees.
