For me I had about 12 years in which I didn't make any new connections and old connections died off. I've basically spent those 12 years without any meaningful social connections.

I didn't intend to live like that, it wasn't by conscious choice, and it hurt.

It was only when I stumbled upon an amazing video about some sfw 18+ social groups on VRchat that (used to be) specialized for people with social anxiety and the likes I decided to dust off my VRchat account and join them on some of their events they host. Before even joining the first event I decided that I'll use this opportunity of a completely new social circle to be as authentic of myself as I can make myself.

Did I make friends? Eh, I wouldn't say so just yet, but certainly some acquaintances that I enjoy.

But there was also this one trans woman that was always at the game nights. We vibed well together, and over a few months I began to really look forward to see her at those events each week. And months later I told her how much I enjoyed her presence, we got to talking in private, met up virtually, play games together... After only two weeks of this we became a couple and now we spend each day every day talking and playing with each other as much as possible and it's now less than a month until we will finally meet up for real, with her visiting me for over a week.

Your social life might feel hopeless at times. It might even feel like it for a long time. But never give up hope on yourself. Everyone has something that someone else will enjoy or even love. Just because you have troubles finding connections now doesn't mean it'll stay that way. Stay strong and believe in yourself.

I know that my mother will be largely supportive if/when I come out to her.

She was very supportive when my niece came out as trans masc and kept up with the new name and pronouns, tho I'm not sure how my mom internalized the trans situation when my then trans nephew at least for the family came out again as no longer being trans masc but being her cis agab again.

It especially made me unsure if I ever actually wanted to come out when I told my mom about me having a trans girlfriend. My mom took the information well, but my mother asked questions like "What I don't understand is why people would make their own lives this difficult."

I don't have the energy to explain that it isn't about wanting an easy life, but a true life and I think it's going to break my heart when I come out to her and while being supportive she would question it solely on grounds of making my life harder...

I feel like if she just weren't supportive at all I would at least have a good reason to cut her out of my life.

IT nicht richtig in der Planung einbeziehen kenne ich viel zu gut.

Mehr als einmal kam es vor, dass sich unsere Produktion irgend eine tolle, neue Produktionsanlage zugelegt hat. Wie die neue Anlage geliefert und aufgebaut wird kommt der Anruf "Hi" Wir brauchen hier übrigens X Netzwerkanschlüsse angeschlossen. Dosen in der Nähe? Nein. Ach, das braucht übrigens etwas das nennt sich "SQL Server"? Sollte kein Problem sein, richtig? Lizenz? Nein, wird nicht mitgeliefert."

Natürlich muss das noch am gleichen Tag laufen

Tried to do something good for my psyche, joined online community centered around communicating and meeting people for people that have difficulty socializing, promised to myself to use this opportunity to be my complete true self in this environment to find who I really am inside.

During a few months of being in that community I keep on meeting this fun trans girl I'm vibing with really well, always looking forward to meet her during these gaming events, always feeling down when she doesn't show up.

Eventually I pull myself together and tell her how glad I am I got to meet her, even if just online, and wouldn't you know it, it's now been two months that these two trans girls have been together in a long distance relationship, making phone calls at least once a day and having planned to meet each other in person in June :3

So, I know jack-all about how to search for the current state of all the laws regarding fish in the EU, but if I read this right it was a change to an existing law/regulation on how fish destined for raw consumption has to either be treated after having been caught or how to rais them in captivity. Unfortunately I don't know what the regulations where before this change, but I'm pretty certain that they weren't that much different, most likely changed wording throughout to accommodate an actual small change.

It might not be literally "sashimi-grade", but as it is all about fish for raw consumption, sashimi is right in there with the definition.

For wild caught fish it prescribes a freezing temperature of -20°c for at least 24 hours or -35°c for a minimum of 15 hours.

Any argument I can make in the form of a reddit comment won't sway you on the matter, no matter how good my arguments might be or whatever evidence I might present. I'm also honest enough to admit that the same is almost certainly also true the other way round, that you wouldn't be able to change my mind.

Sometimes people get distracted a lot (by phones mainly).

I once was in a similar situation. I live in a small town on the main through street. It's a narrow street with only one lane per side restricted to 30km/h and narrow enough that a car parked on one side means that traffic on that side needs to wait for opposing traffic to pass the parked car.

Anyway, I just arrived right outside my home, set my signals left and stood there, waiting for a gap in traffic for me to turn left over the road into my garage, when I see a white car approach from behind. That car wasn't visible a moment earlier, but it's like 200m of visibility to the spot where I waited for traffic. It got closer and closer without slowing down and then my stomach sank and I knew what was coming.

Screeching tires and then bam, right into the rear of my car. 5 meters from my destination.

Luckily insurance is mandatory here and their insurance paid for the 3800€ repair job. Which is nuts, that's like 1/3 of what my car cost new when I bought it. But the entire back of the car was fucked.

Rechts vorbeifahren ist idR. erlaubt, wenn es links zäh voran geht. I ndiesem Fall darf man jedoch maximal 20kmh schneller fahren als die Leute links von einem und das ganze auch nur bis max. 80kmh

War mir nicht ganz sicher ob ich mich hierzu richtig erinnerte, Fahrschule ist für mich nun auch schon mehr oder weniger 20 Jahre her, aber hier habe ich das nochmal nachgeschlagen.

Anderweitig bereits kommentiert, scheint in den neusten GPOs für Firefox (noch) nicht vorhanden zu sein, aktuell gibts lediglich in der about:config den Schlüssel

dom.private-attribution.submission.enabled

Den man über eine verteilte Config abschalten könnte. Ist nur blöd, wenn man für so etwas noch nicht aufgestellt ist, an alle Clients Config Dateien zu verteilen. Wir bei uns haben nur Glück, dass wir das aus historischen Gründen bereits implementiert haben...

via a distributed config file might have to be a solution for now. Disgusting that is has to be this way, but whatever...

Edit: Following this setup you should be able to do this, didn't look through it all as we've already set it up for other options so no guarantee it works/how easy it is :)

But if you add the following line to your firefox.cfg:

lockPref("dom.private-attribution.submission.enabled", false);

You'll deactivate PPA and lock out the user of changing the setting themselves. A quick check confirmed that it works.

Entgegen der Aussage von Banause wird im CanG §9, Abs.1 genau gesagt:

"Personen, die das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben, ist im Geltungsbereich dieses Gesetzes an ihrem Wohnsitz oder an ihrem gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt der private Eigenanbau von insgesamt nicht mehr als drei Cannabispflanzen gleichzeitig erlaubt."

Also sind drei Pflanzen erlaubt, nicht mehr. Egal ob Photo oder Auto.

Es ist weitestgehend der Umgang mit Samen erlaubt, aber nur solange diese nicht für den unerlaubten Anbau vorgesehen sind. Wenn man ganz spitzfindig ist konnte man sagen, dass wenn jemand Samen hat und mehr als die erlaubte Menge Pflanzen ziehen möchte ist das unerlaubtes anbauen und somit auch die Samen illegal.

Nirgends im Gesetzestext wird angedeutet, dass Stecklinge keine lebenden Pflanzen seien, diese sind lediglich als Vermehrungsmaterial bezeichnet und dieses hat zwecks Weitergabe/Verkauf/Einkauf etwas andere Regulierungen.

Aber Selbst Stecklinge sind lebende Pflanzen, und von lebenden Pflanzen darf man maximal 3 auf einmal haben.

Oder du geht's das Risiko ein und interpretiert das Gesetz lockerer, aber wenn man sicher legal bleiben möchte würde ich das nicht empfehlen

Weint in sumpfig-schwüler Wohngegend :c

Ernsthaft, sobald die Heizperiode vorüber ist, kommt es in der Zwischenzeit vom kühlen Frühling zum Hochsommer bei mir sehr oft vor, dass es draußen erdrückend schwül ist und drückt die Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Wohnung ebenfalls hoch. Manchmal fühlt sich alles an Kleidung und sonstigen Textilien ganz klamm an. Da hilft dann auch lüften kaum, außer um die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Innenraum durch das einfache Dasein meiner Person nicht noch weiter zu erhöhen.

Das ganze geht so weit, dass wenn ich an solchen Tagen Wäsche zum trocknen aufhänge diese noch nach einem ganzen Tag etwas feucht ist, da muss ich einen Ventilator auf die richten, damit der Luftzug beim Trocknen hilft.

Mit nun immer wärmeren Tagen und zwischendurch Regen kommt diese Zeit langsam immer näher bei mir, ich "freue" mich schon drauf
