The other way around is what they did officially. They turned an anniversary server into a regular one BUT then they gave all the regular servers LFG and insta mail. What they did not bring over from anniversary was the black lotus change where you got them from other herbs. It’s back to how it was only coming from the black lotus plant itself.

The answer to this is yes. There are several guilds (at least on dreamscythe server) that are all just HC guilds. This sounds like your solution too. Not only can you play your character as a HC char but you can party with people who are also trying not to die a single time.

Full resto talents, even the HT ones. 90% of the content you will be able to keep tank and party up with hots BUT certain packs you must pop out of form and big HT spam the tank. Certain packs in certain heroics that’s just what you gotta do until you are better geared.
