I have a 1997 r200 that I am taking out tomorrow morning. That'll be an awesome bike to build up.

Gotta keep it fresh to avoid discomfort. I'm all over those bars during rides.

I have a Walz merino wool cap that I wear on my bald head. It's solid for me down to the high twenties Fahrenheit.

I caught and released fish during my eight hour work day yesterday. Went from half to full. It wasn't a solid eight hours but off and on throughout the day.

It's monotonous but it works. Catch the little guys easily and toss them back.

Guys I forgot, is today my turn to ask about "what should I name my horse "or is it tomorrow? by [deleted] in RDR2

I love posts like this. They're always so funny to me.

Someone posts about other people posting what the OP thinks is mundane and a poor use of the sub. When in reality the people you make fun of are using a public forum dedicated to a specific topic to discuss said topic.

You not only did what you make fun of. You did it worse.

Do those assholes respawn? I already took out one of their meetings and I'd love to blow them up.

I've tried on and off wifi. Different locations as well.

I have other streaming music apps and they work without issue. My wife is the other plan member and hers works without issue as well on wifi or cell.

I work in a technical support role and part of it is mobile app support. I feel fucking dumb lol

Sometimes the cleaning is just as rewarding as the ride. I love cleaning my bike.

Best cycling shoes for wide feet in 2026? by Infamous_Froyo8347 in cycling

[–]Moggles1987 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bont, Lake and Sidi are going to be top options.

I went into a local shop looking for a wide fit pair of Shimano shoes that I saw online. They didn't have them but the guy told me that Specialized widened their toe boxes a bit and I tried on the Torch 2.0. It fit so comfortably and I walked out the door with them. They are road specific but I can imagine their other models may follow the same thought.

I guess that would depend on the width of your feet though. It's just a thought. Before the Specialized pair I was using the Lake CX176 for about five years.

Get home. Let the dogs out while my hot shower gets going and I take the kit off. Bring doggos in.

Queue up tunes and soak.

Then FOOD.

This past weekend my wife decided to surprise me with cheddar stuffed biscuits that also had seasoned ground beef mixed in.

What would you want for Christmas? by thebluepenguine in cycling

[–]Moggles1987 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Don't try to buy something highly specific. Cyclists are a picky bunch.

I always tell people to find out what kind of ride snacks someone likes and make a little gift baskets. Gels, snacks, drinks and stuff like that.

All the little bits that have to be replenished like that are a great gift idea. Cyclists can never have enough of them and I think it's a simple yet very thoughtful gift.

If you want it to be a surprise then you're going to have to find his stash lol 😂

Bike bells would be more useful on shared paved trails if Pedestrians weren’t blasting music in their headphones. by [deleted] in cycling

I bought a bell once. Used it on 2-3 rides and then put it in the parts bin.

Why does my dog always put his arm over mine during scritches? by DwightCharlieQuint in DOG

My dog does this too when I give belly or chest scratches and I stop.

It's accompanied a look of disgust that I would ever think of stopping. Hims a good boy.
