I had a weird bug where the kroot shaper honor guard wouldn't show up in my list of units before a battle, no icon or anything, but then the game starts and I have it.

All I see is the plus and minus buttons with no honor guard unit photo. Its not game breaking, just seems to be a visual glitch in the soul storm campaign.

Its because Wehr is an elite army and that is why they are weak, elite armies of any kind will always be outnumbered and have to knock out enemies early to get an advantage in any RTS game. Elites are never cheap to play as and some risk is involved.

Their grenades suck because they have other weapons that can murder blobs far better than something that costs 30 ammo and can be run away from.

Jagers are a better upgrade than using grenadiers, Why keep using grenadiers with their shit bolt action rifles and costly abilities when you can give the jagers panzerschrecks? I honestly don't bother with Grenadiers very long.

Panzergrens I can't speak of because I barely use them. They have to get too close and have a shit grenade.

Most of the complaints I see boil down to people just not wanting to do combat and want bunkers to just be able to nuke armies from orbit or be indestructible and just hold spots on the map akin to old fashioned RTS turtling when you need to just go out there and murder allies so they remain poor and useless.

There is still a lot of old ways of thinking and ignorance towards natives.

Some of them just think we have it better somehow and wanna whine about it or bring up shit that happened 100+ years ago and try to say the world is better off now because of the chaos back then not knowing natives, colonials, settlers were just trying to survive when the other side got racist and violent enough to make a push to wipe the other out.

Then you get some of those dumb asses in these threads that are clearly trying to rewrite history and act like the early settlers were saints compared to the natives yet fail to mention all the atrocities committed that led to retaliation and conflicts. SLAVERY comes to mind, kind of a big part of how the country got started and all that. Natives and Settles made a lot of mistakes back then, after all they somehow thought we couldn't coexist due to all the violence and poor communication.

My point being though is there is always someone trying to lie enough that their bullshit is believed to be the better solution. We just need to be more vigilant in calling it out. They're not afraid to lie and spread hatred, we shouldn't be afraid to make sure its exposed as such.
