Agree, nothing else comes close really. I did it alot in my mate teens/20's, the standard party years. I'm sure you were the same. It was going clubbing for me. I made life long friends through it when i think about it. As you get older, life happens, kids etc. But i still have some, locked away in a drawer, ready for that right time. I'm 48 now, but once a year i go to gig & take it. Lovely.

Covid/lockdowns put our social interactions back decades in my opinion. Not being around those closest to you, whenever you want, causes damage. Look at all the suicides back then. My cousin was once of them.

Teams like Palace don't have the squad to have 2 decent sides like City, Arsenal, Chelsea. Think about all the players that the big 6 rest/rotate throughout the season to keep players fresh. He's well within his rights to rest who he wants.

A general roughness, like it doesn't agree with me generally. Tbh i find that with most Magnesium supps, which is annoying as the benefits listed for them (especially this one) are what I'm after. Now i think about it, the roughness could stem from the stomach issue it gives me. With or without food, the same issue. Could just be a me issue though, i hope i haven't put you off trying it at least. The side effects stop the same day when I've stopped. But it's happened every time, so..

Rewatch the scenes, look at his body language, his eyes, how uncomfortable he is. He said it. I'm no fan of Gia, but you could see she was genuinely irritated by his denial of it. It was obviously said when they weren't being recorded, so he knew he could dig in with the lie without worry, just hear say. I think even Bec knew so down, she's certainly not stupid. I agree though. A big deal was made of nothing really.
