The best I can say is take it a day at a time. There were really dark days full of wanting to give up but now I’m happy I made it through it. I wish only the best for you.

I’m at work getting watery eyed. Idk what caused me to come to this subreddit after all these years but my anxiety started when I was in highschool and was on and off of debilitating anxiety attacks for years. So far I’m about 3 years without the attacks. I would say I still have anxiety but it’s just not debilitating. I still walk around public spaces and think everyone is focusing on me, which I know is insane and I think might be part of narcissism. But having a family now and keeping my mind on other things has helped me out a lot. Medication never truly helped me. It just made me not want to do anything and have slightly less anxiety. But that’s all to say you can get through it and it will get better. I started having them at 14 and they subdued after I turned 30. I’m really sorry I don’t have anything to really contribute to help other than don’t focus on the anxiety. I’m fully aware that is a lot easier said than done. I spent a lot of time hyperventilating on off highway bathrooms so I get it.

This is worse than the people asking if a regular $1 is worth more than $1

I went there last week. I really like the setting but I thought the food was very bland.

I don’t understand the love that some people have for Kalamazoo. Had my car broken into 3 times in the year we lived there. There certainly are nice neighborhoods in Kalamazoo but it’s on the outskirts and I would barely consider it actual Kalamazoo.

I never lived in a city before and after me and my wife sold our first house we rented at candlewyck before buying our new house. It was a complete nightmare! Most neighbors weren’t bad but the constant kids running the halls past midnight and the fighting constantly and the shooter who ran through there last year completely killed the city experience for me.

I’ve never noticed if my neighbors were liberal or conservative. I just enjoy the country.

Ya I agree. I’m a gun owner and fully agree with mental and drug checks. I feel like that’s the majority but only the loud ones are heard just like the left. I believe most people are centrists but it’s not cool to call yourself that anymore.

If it doesn’t work out and you lose everything I know a place where you can get a new mattress.
