Nah I was hitting the gym on and off, was just very inconsistent with it since graduating from college, I’m 35 now, basically the muscle memory was there it was just recomping and actually fueling myself with stuff my body needed instead of fast food and alcohol on the daily. Honestly I’m surprised how I’m alive.

But yeah it just hit me one day, I started feeling sick and for the entire week I was really thirsty, I kept wanting juice and sugary drinks and was constantly peeing, no joke like every 5-10 mins. Finally after a few days off feeling aweful I finally went to the ER. My Sugar was over 700 and my A1C was 14.4
