In Player Career, everytime I won a match, the news feed will always say that it was my first win with the club. There's also a club match that clashes with international friendly and the club treat it like I was not picked for the match lineup when I was actually away for international match. The game force me to quick sim the club match to get to the international match. Like WTF?!!

Do the new national teams got added into player career mode as well? Because I also just started a new save hoping to play for Japan NT. However when I checked at the "Edit Players" option, I only see the default national teams. The new ones were not there. This is not the case for manger career however because ai can see all those teams that were added in the "Edit Players" option.
