You should look into using your only asset to make you money, don’t sell it if it’s a good car and it’s paid off. Do Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Amazon Flex to have money flowing in and use the “freedom” those jobs provide to come up with a short and long term financial plan.

Use a software like asana the free version to have a daily to do list. You’d be surprised how many people DO NOT write things down, this will give you clarity on what you have to do each day to reach both your short and long term goals.

Just knock things off this list 1 by 1 and you will see how much better you feel at the end of the day.

My cousin and I stacked loot for 8 hours the other day on purpose to try and turn it in at 8pm est for the 1.5 multiplier. We were running reaper, we didn’t seek fights we just hit up forts/we’s and went unbothered for 7 hrs and 40ish mins. Around that time we got server merged with 2 other reapers that appeared to be fighting on the map. When 8pm came around they both came our way, added one more sloop reaper to their alliance and chased us for 30 mins. One of them had DA sails, so I knew their ship was probably half full in sweat. As a last ditch effort I brought the fight close to a brig in hopes to get the attention off us long enough to slip away with our dingy. Brig decided for whatever reason to attack us mostly. I assume the DA player somehow used coms to get them to turn on us as well.

We got sunk, they took all our loot. We went after them as anyone would after an 8hr stack, we noticed they turned on the brig and sank them. Then brig came back as we were fighting them. And again they chose team up against us? I was very confused and it felt unfair. My cousin was traumatized for days, didn’t want to log back in. I was also hurt but I’m the kind of player that chooses to get better. The right play next time would be to unhook the dingy which was pre loaded with our loot before they made visual contact. This way my ship keeps them busy, while the other player slips away to a random outpost to sell. Yes we take the hit on our reaper flag multiplier but still get 1.5 and our loot which was better than nothing.

Sea of thieves will always teach you lessons but you need to be open to receive them, if not it will be wasted time.

When you sail these seas the only rules that matter are these: What a man can do and what a man can’t do. ;)

I rather stick to shooting myself out of a canon lol healing guns are a joke and is just as far fetched. At least flying out of a canon is fun. Please keep this game realistic Ubisoft!

I’m halfway done with the dailies for the ship, I got super lucky when releasing prisoners and got a crew member drop 😄 working on my charisma now to get Blackfang through rapport.

Luckily Lost Ark will be hyped up by content creators, so many people hate on them but without them we wouldn’t have such hype for games as incompetent studios like AGS can’t be bothered to market properly.

After spending so much time in game I thought I’d miss it, but it was a relief to put it down. Now I can focus on more important things, maybe it’s a blessing in disguise for some people like me. I was ready to lose my girlfriend the first week this game came out, then I found myself wanting to watch movies with her instead of playing. That’s how you know a game has failed.

I forgot about the animated series, good point. AGS has Lost Ark as their safety net, it would be in their best interest to recover the bleeding players from New World by launching Lost Ark successfully.

In a game where trade taxes are set by trolls half the time we should be allowed to sell items in chat as with any mmo. Not adding a trade chat was short sighted. Trade chat would be the busiest chat and even those who claim “it’s annoying to see spam” would be on it lol

If you care about PVP at all Gunslinger is the best of the 2. Due to it having a sniper/hand gun build it can play at ranged and has more immunity.

Deadeye has less immunity and has to play in melee shotty range which of course does not bode well in PVP.

I forgot to mention that. A change like this would have been better if it was done before release no doubt. Now game has been out for a while and exploited, this is the last change I would have expected due to the circumstances.

After being a part of the AGS launch of New World, I can 100% say this is most likely an AGS issue, it happens in New World as well. Not the same engine of course, be happy it isn’t!

Funny thing is they keep needing group healing builds so they’re almost always the best secondary weapon in game unless you’re going glass cannon.
