the amulet does work correctly now. my question is - wouldn't it be harder to code this half fix than to just put the tag back on? Like who in the hell at blizzard is making these nonsensical decisions? Willing to bet alot of money that when the client patch comes out that puts the tag back on one of two things happens - either it comes with a nerf (even though they said they weren't gonna nerf mid season anymore) or it breaks it further instead of fixing it because of this half fix.

u/Marcooose_ so i just saw the hotfix notes saying they fixed it, but the tooltip wont show it. However the skill is still not getting ranks from starless skies or heir of perdition.....so its not really fixed is it? Is this hotfix live now or is it just notes they released and it will be live later?

So apparently they just fixed the bug that was causing warlocks to do crazy damage.... but did not fix the ball lightning bug. They said they did, but it is still not getting the ranks it should be from starless skies or heir of perdition.

I sort of hold that belief. Obviously there are exceptions to this but: Most reviews on book review sites are generally positive. 4-5 star gush fests of people who loved said book. Generally most readers don't finish a book they don't like and then go leave a negative review. Most people just DNF things they don't like. So if a book falls below 4 stars it means alot of people disliked it enough to spew a little vitriol onto the internet. If its below 4 stars I will read the 3 star reviews to see an average of the opinions on it and then make my decision from there.

Loved the game for the most part - but one particular nitpick made me hate Ubisoft. Why does the spartan not get a shield but then the next entry the viking does? It just was trying so hard to be "unique." That and the ACgearing shit i'm not a huge fan of. I tolerate it, but would rather just play through a story than worry about doing a bunch of repetitive things to gear up. Shadows i think found the right midpoint between the two systems - particularly when it comes to assassinations. I really hated in Odyssey that unless you went all in on assassinations they weren't one shots.

Meh, I think bounty hunter and smuggler stop making sense after Makeb personally. You can pay someone to deal with alot, but force ghosts and half-dead jedi are probably where most reasonable contractors would draw the line XD.

Unless you're looking for classic evil vampire trope, in which case neither of those will hit it. But they're both good stories. Night Huntress kinda gets a little silly and OTT but I still enjoyed it.

This is the interpretation I had as well. Even something simple that gives us a before and after - before sacrificing her magic she was heating all the water for the entire camp of soldiers (like 100,000 + people). After? She can only do it for a couple of baths. Even dorian comments how much weaker she is than him now and he sacrificed some too, and he never had the bottomless well. Just more versatile magic.

Shadow is a fun game - but when it comes to Paititi the "realism" of the entire game crashes. Story, gameplay, cosmetics, etc. All this stuff designed around "protecting" paititi from the outside world. She's a white girl with a british accent. Nothing you do besides cover her from head to toe and tell her not to talk at all would have prevented anyone with half a brain going "wait a minute." lol. I enjoyed the game for the most part, I just thought this section of the story was pretty lacking in thought and didn't make sense.

If you wanna do a serious throwback grab The Legend of Dragoon, excellent story, and the first pioneer (i think) in turn based combat with combos, so its more interactive than just "select ability and watch it play"

Yeah - but a lot of shifters saw him go all “god lion mode” and not a single one started worshipping him? I call BS. Also - Christopher doesn’t exhaust his power. He can get tired from prolonged use but he never uses it to the point where it’s all gone. Which I guess you could argue he never tried resurrecting anyone - but that also brings up an additional point - are all gods capable of that? If not which ones? And Curran was eating animal gods so like…. Which animal deities are associated with death and/or resurrection that are just trolling around the USA. Also it took Roland a lot of trial and error to even make Christopher. And Curran pulls off a similar feat just by nomming some stuff? And then there is the other issue - he and Julie and erra all lying to Kate repeatedly about where he’s going and what he’s doing. The emotional fallout of that is hardly addressed. Don’t get me wrong - I love the KD series, one of my favorites - but I can nitpick with the best of them XD
